At EuroEcoSpa, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

 

1. Refunds

    • If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will work with you to address your concerns and may offer a complimentary follow-up service.
  2. Products
    • If you purchase a product from us and are not satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

 

2. Payments

We accept payments through Stripe and PayPal for your convenience. Your payment information is processed securely through these trusted third-party payment processors.

 

3. Returns

To return a product, please bring it to our studio along with the receipt. If you are unable to return the product in person, please contact us to arrange for return shipping.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Services already rendered
